CARES (Community AIDS Resource and Education Services)
With offices in Benton Harbor and Kalamazoo, CARES mission is to provide comprehensive sexual health and wellness services where all participants feel welcome, well-informed, cared for, and loved. Services include HIV testing, case management, and support groups.

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community. Locations in Kalamazoo and Portage, Battle Creek, and Albion.
Kalamazoo Area Agency on Aging/Older Adult Services
Helps older adults and their caregivers access services, participate in health education classes, and live at home independently. Provides advocacy, elder abuse prevention, and more.

HRI offers housing services designed to stabilize households experiencing homelessness and help those in jeopardy of losing their housing in Kalamazoo County. If you are homeless and need emergency shelter, dial 211 or 1 (800) 563-5432 for information and referral to a shelter for the night.
CHAI (Community Health Access Initiative)
Works to support and improve LGBTQ+ young people’s health and well-being in inclusive and affirming ways by bolstering their resilience and increasing access to healthcare through provider education and training.
