Outpatient therapy through the person-centered planning process helps empower individuals to reach their own goals.

Our trained therapists work with youth experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance, trauma, etc.

We provide support and guidance to help individuals achieve their identified goals, while building on the strengths of the individual and their family. Parent/guardian involvement in the treatment process is critical.

Therapists work with youth to identify coping skills, improve processing, and maintain emotion regulation on a more consistent basis while in a safe environment. We offer individual, family and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based treatment models. If your child or teen is having difficulties at home, school, or in the community, we’re here to help.
