How do I receive services?

For information about Nutrition Care Coordination services, please call (269) 553-7041 or email us at nutrition@iskzoo.org.

Cost of services

ISK is a specialty-services provider for individuals with Medicaid. All service fees are based on an individual’s ability to pay. ISK will coordinate with insurance companies and health plans. While no one is denied based on their financial situation, there may be a waiting list to receive non-Medicaid covered services.

In The News: Food as Medicine

ISK has collaborated with KVCC, Bronson Healthcare, Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, the City of Kalamazoo, and others to create the Bronson Healthy Living Campus – a catalyst for urban revitalization, community health, and workforce development.

Healthy At-Home Cookbooks

ISK Nutrition Care Coordinators have collaborated with KVCC on two cookbooks, featuring everyday, healthy, go-to meal ideas that are quick to prepare and budget friendly: Your Culinary Journey and Your Culinary Journey Part 2.
