The Wraparound process is a family-centered approach that allows families to bring together the people who know them best to develop a plan to meet individual and family needs.

The plan is built on the entire family’s strengths, as well as their individual strengths, to achieve their goals in a culturally competent manner specific to their family.

Wraparound is organized and delivered by a certified clinician who is trained to facilitate the team process. The team creates a plan that includes ways to assure the youth and their family experience success in their home, community, and school. The entire process is family-driven and youth-guided.

How do I receive services?

The first step to receiving services is to contact our Access Center. The staff at the Access Center will do an initial screening to determine what services you qualify for and connect you to those services.

Cost for services

Fees are based upon our Sliding Fee Discount Program or your health insurance coverage. While no one is denied services based on their financial situation, there may be a waiting list in place to receive non-Medicaid covered services.
