Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) uses SMS messaging to communicate important organizational updates to employees.
Employee mobile phone numbers are stored in UKG Ready. Employees are allowed to edit their own phone numbers in UKG Ready. Employees may opt in to receive SMS notifications through the UKG Ready employee portal by enabling SMS in their Notification Preferences and confirming their mobile number via a verification code. Consents are stored in the personal information section of My Information in UKG Ready.
Messages may include emergency alerts, building closures, and critical operational notifications.
No purchased, rented, shared, or third-party contact lists are used.
